2017 Devil Pup graduates being honored by Utah State Department Commandant Albert Lieske.  Sr. Vice Commandant of the Utah Dixie Detachment #1270, Larry Mineer, was on hand (right above) to assist the Commandant with awards.  Each Pup received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Department, a challenge coin, and top achievers, Alena and Tanner, received plaques for their efforts.  Commandant's talk was inspiring and motivating, and we were so honored by his visit from Logan, UT.  More photos to follow when Marine Fortune's photos are available.

Toys for Tots Help Needed

Help needed at the warehouse (behind Texas Roadhouse) 13 October from 400 P.M. to 6:00 p.m. setting up tables, moving boxes and shaking out toys.  Help also needed Saturday 14 October in the afternoon after the MCL breakfast meeting.  6-8 Marines needed both days.  Help also needed on a regular basis through the Toys for Tots season. Condolences to Gene Rose

Lana Rose, wife of Detachment member Gene Rose, passed away after a long illness, today at 12:30 p.m.  Lana was a beautiful, fun loving lady.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Gene and the family.  We stand ready to assist in any way we can.
