17 May 2014 Armed Forces Day

The Warbird Museum next to the new St. George Airport is having a Hanger Dance Friday night at 7:00 p.m.  $15 gets you a Big Band and  a night of Swing Dancing in an aircraft hanger.  The next day will be Wings and Wheels, a display and show of warbirds and restored cars also at the Warbird Museum.

Utah Dixie Detachment of the Marine Corps League will have a booth at the Warbird Museum.  Members will be there with table and chairs, colors and handouts, representing the League and our Armed Forces. Event starts at 1000; muster time to beat the crowd is 0830 to 0900. The event terminates at 1600. Uniform is League red polo shirt and cover or anything to represent we are Marines.

First - drive to the new airport from Exit 2.
Go past the airport terminal and the fire station. The museum is in the first two hangars on the left. Turn left onto the access road and park in the museum parking lot.
